Thames Museum - Portrait
The photo is a portrait of Sir Keith and Lady Dol Park, taken in 1941. It is now hanging in the entrance at the Thames Museum. It was acquired at an auction late last year and has now been gifted on behalf of SKPMA Inc. to the Thames Museum.
It is an addition to the fledgling display featuring Air Chief Marshal Sir Keith Park - our Thames-born hero, which was started last year.
The Battle of Britain Commemorations 2023 were held on Sunday 10th September at 11am at the Sir Keith Park Memorial Airfield
